Board Minute Secretary (Part Time/ Quarterly Roles)

Job Purpose: 

To provide part-time quarterly Board administrative support roles for the smooth running of the board undertakings using virtual effective administrative tools. He/she will coordinate board communication and actions between the Board, Chief Executive Officer and the Public Relations/Personal Assistant to CEO. He/she shall where necessary provide mentorship and coaching to the CEO’s PA.    


Academic & Professional qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification (Degree training) in preferable office management or Business Administration.
  • Knowledgeable in administrative procedures.    
  • Good command of English language
  • Good computer knowledge / operating system-network/ office program especially Excel, Word, Access & email.
  • At least 8 years of working closely with Boards and special committees as well as arranging Board meetings and preparing Board reports.        
  • Excellent English language writing speed, interpretation & grammatical skills.
