Patient Care Survey Coordinator (3months Short-term)

Position overview:

The position holder should be an experienced interviewer able to collect and manage qualitative data (review interview questionnaire/interview guide, collect data, clean data, analyze data, prepare and present a survey report) for a survey. This person should have had a previous work experience preferably in the position of Research Assistant or Research Interviewer in a health care setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review the TOR and frame into an interview questionnaire/guide
  • Use the available patient data to conduct a survey
  • Seek prompt support for targeted data and record management
  • Compile and clean up interview data
  • Analyze data and prepare a survey report
  • Present findings to the immediate supervisor
  • Maintain participant confidentiality and ethical considerations at all times



Minimum of a post graduate diploma in related field (preferably public health, community development and research)

Good computer skills and exposure to data analysis packages suck as SPSS, EPI Info, etc.
