CoRSU was established in 2009 as a private, non-profit, non-governmental organization in Uganda. CoRSU’s core mandate is to mitigate the debilitating effects of disabling physical conditions, by ensuring accessibility and availability of quality, preventative, curative, rehabilitative services for people with disability in Uganda and neighboring countries.
Vision
The Vision of CoRSU is that people with disability in Uganda are able to access rehabilitation services that improve their quality of life and that they are fully integrated in society.
Mission
To be a Centre of excellence in Uganda providing orthopaedic, plastic and reconstructive surgery and comprehensive rehabilitation services for people with disabilities prioritizing children.
It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front,
especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur.

Greetings from CoRSU Rehabilitation Hospital, and thank you so much for the good partnership, working relationship and cooperation that exist between us in support of CoRSU's Vision and Mission. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management and Staff of CoRSU Rehabilitation Hospital, I regret to inform you of the departure of Mr. Davide Naggi who has been CoRSU's CEO for the past 5 years (2017-2022) but has moved on from CoRSU's service at the end of September 2022 after completing service of his last employment contract. Working with Davide has been an incredibly insightful experience and we appreciate his distinguished service at CoRSU Hospital particularly his commendable efforts in expanding the Hospital's network of donors and partners and standing with the indigene patients over the years. As we move forward, we will continue building onto his achievements, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
