How to submit a bid

What a CoRSU bid notice asks you to do.

These steps are taken from the hospital's April 2026 notice for medical equipment. Each notice sets its own requirements, fees and dates, so always follow the bidding document for the bid you are answering.

  1. Read the bid notice

CoRSU invites sealed bids from eligible bidders. The April 2026 notice was run under open domestic bidding procedures and was open to all bidders.

  2. Inspect the bidding documents

Documents could be inspected at the CoRSU Hospital Administration Reception from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily, or downloaded from the hospital website.

  3. Buy the bidding document

The bidding document, prepared in English, was issued on payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000, paid in cash to the Accounts office.

  4. Deliver your sealed bid on time

Bids had to be delivered to the CoRSU Hospital Administration Reception at or before the closing date and time. Bids were opened in the CoRSU Hospital Boardroom.
